All our products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is confirmed, it enters production immediately, and changes or cancellations may not be accepted.
We accept payment on our website, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Prices are subject to change, but your order will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we will not be liable for any delays. Customers must ensure that the purchased furniture will fit through any doorways, hallways, or staircases prior to ordering.
As our products are bespoke and made to order, we typically do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
– *Returns*: Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from receipt of the goods if they are defective. In such cases, please notify us within this period, and we will provide instructions for the return.
– *Cancellations*: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production will have commenced.
Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the items for any damages or defects. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If a product is found to be damaged or defective, we will remediate the issue according to our Returns Policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their space accurately before purchase. We recommend checking the dimensions of the product against your space, including doorways and access routes, to ensure that the furniture can be delivered without issue. If an item cannot be delivered due to size constraints, we will not be held liable for any costs incurred.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Our products come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects, which does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
